Returns & Exchanges

Wood Worn does accept returns and exchanges as long as your return/exchange meets our criteria the process is quite simple. All return/exchanges must be in brand-new, unworn condition, have a proof of purchase (such as your order number or invoice), and still be in all the original packaging with all the original literature and merchandise. Return/exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days of original order placed. Email support@woodworn.com for an RMA (return merchandise authorization) and we'll contact you back with mailing instructions. Please Note: All RETURNS are subject to $25 restocking fee. Restocking fee is waived on qualifying EXCHANGE items. Shipping costs, if applicable, will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for return shipping.
